PPP rejoinder to Shahbaz Sharif

Islamabad, 5 February 2018: Secretary General Pakistan Peoples Party and former Chairman Senate, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari in response to Shahbaz Sharif and other federal ministers’ remarks against former President Asif Ali Zardari said that Asif Ali Zardari was given a clean chit by the court whereas the current coterie of politicians in federal and Punjab government were labeled as Sicilian Mafia and thieves by the apex court.

Secretary General PPP further stated that these days there are frequent corruption cases coming up against the Sharif family with evidences. As their deeds are being revealed to the world, the pawns of the Raiwand palace have been growing restless.

He further stated that Shahbaz Sharif is in no position to demand a second tenure from the nation after his corruption has been exposed. He asked what have the two brothers done except steal and snatch?

Nayyar Bukhari said that Nawaz Sharif always used a fake mandate to come into power and have been bundled out by the people of Pakistan.

کراچی : پاکستان پیپلزپارٹی کی سیاسی رہنما و رکن قومی اسمبلی مسز فریال تالپور نے یوم کشمیرکے موقع پر اپنےپیغام میں کہا کہ پاکستان کی عوام یوم یکجہتی کشمیر کے موقع پر اپنے کشمیری بھایئوںکی جدوجہد میں ان کے ساتھ چٹان کی طرح کھڑی ہے۔ محترمہ فریال تالپور نےاپنےپیغام میں مزیدکہاکہ قائد عوام شہید ذوالفقار علی بھٹو نے پیپلزپارٹی کی بنیاد ہی مسئلہ پر رکھی اور مسئلہ کشمیر کو دنیا کے ایوانوں میں بلند کر کے بھارت کو ہر محاذ پر پسپا کیااور اب چیئرمین بلاول بھٹو زرداری کی قیادت میں پاکستان کا بچہ بچہ کشمیریوں کی بھارت سے آزادی کی جدوجہد میں ان کے ساتھ ہے۔ فریال تالپور نے کہا کہ سابق وزیراعظم پاکستان شہید محترمہ بینظیر بھٹو نے ۱۹۹۰ میں 5 فروری کو عام تعطیل کا اعلان کر کے کشمیریوں کے ساتھ نہ صرف یکجہتی کا مظاہرہ کیا بلکہ محترمہ بے نظیر بھٹو نےمظفرآباد آزاد کشمیر اسمبلی اور کونسل کے مشترکہ اجلاس کے علاوہ جلسہ عام سے خطاب کرکےکشمیریوں کو ہر ممکن تعاون کا یقین دلایا اور مہاجرین کشمیر کی آباد کاری کا وعدہ کیا۔ اس وقت سے 5 فروری کو ہر برس سرکاری طور پر یوم کشمیرکےطورپرمنا​یا جاتا ہے۔ فریال تالپور نےپاکستان پیپلزپارٹی اور عوام کی طرف سے کشمیری بھائیوں اور بہنوں کی حق خود ارادیت کیلئے جدوجہد کی غیر متزلزل حمایت جاری رکھنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان اقوام متحدہ سلامتی کونسل کی قرار دادوں کی بنیاد پر جموں و کشمیر کے تنازعہ کے منصفانہ اور پرامن انداز میں حل کیلئے پرعزم ہے، مسئلہ کشمیر کے منصفانہ حل سے ہی جنوبی ایشیاء میں پائیدار امن قائم کیا جاسکتا ہے ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اقوام متحدہ کے وعدوں اور بین الاقوامی برادری کی پیہم کوششوں کے باوجود کشمیریوں کو ان کا بنیادی حق دینے سے انکار کیا جارہا ہے۔ حق خودارادیت کے ذریعے اپنے مستقبل کا فیصلہ کشمیریوں کا پیدائشی حق ہے اور اس حق کے حصول کی جدوجہد میں پاکستان کی تمام حکومتیں اور عوام اپنے کشمیری بھائیوں اور بہنوں کو غیر متزلزل حمایت جاری رکھیں گے ۔فریال تالپورنے کہا کہ وہ کشمیریوں کے اس بہادرانہ جذبے کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتی ہیں جو گزشتہ 7 دہائیوں سےبھارتی مظا لم کا سامنا کرنے کے باوجود سرد نہیں پڑا۔بھارت کی جانب سےکشمیریوں کے بنیادی انسانی حقوق کی شدید خلاف ورزیوں نے بین الاقوامی برادری کو اس عمل کی مذمت پر مجبور کردیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ بات سب کے علم میں ہے کہ جموں و کشمیر کے بے گناہ عوام بھارتی سیکیورٹی فورسزکے 7 لاکھ سے زائد اہلکاروں کے ہاتھوں انسانی حقوق کی بدترین خلاف ورزیوں کا نشانہ بن رہے ہیں ،لاکھوں کشمیری اپنی جانیں قربان کرچکے ہیں ،ہزاروں لاپتہ کردیئے گئے ہیں اور بھارتی سیکورٹی فورسز کشمیری خواتین کی بےحرمتی میںملوث ہیں۔ محترمہ فریال تالپور نے مسئلہ کشمیر کے فوری حل پر زور دیتے ہوئے اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل ‘ سلامتی کونسل کے ارکان اور بین الاقوامی برادری سے پر زور مطالبہ کیا کہ کشمیرکے مسئلے کے حل میں اپنا کردار ادا کریں۔ مسئلہ کشمیر کے منصفانہ حل سے ہی جنوبی ایشیاء میں پائیدار امن قائم کیا جاسکتا ہے ۔فریال تالپورنے کشمیری عوام کو یقین دلایا کہ پاکستان کے عوام ان کی غیر متزلزل حمایت ہمیشہ جاری رکھیں گے، انہوں نے کہا کہ پاکستانیوں کے دل کشمیری بھائیوں کے ساتھ دھڑکتے ہیں مجھے یقین ہے کہ وہ دن دور نہیں جب کشمیری اپنی منزل حاصل کرلیں گے۔

Zardari calls upon UN to honor commitments made to Kashmiris

Islamabad February 4, 2018: Reiterating support to the Kashmiris on the Kashmir Day on Monday February 5 and paying homage to Kashmiris for their valiant struggle  former President Asif Ali Zardari has urged the UN to take solid steps to resolve this issue for the sake of suffering Kashmiris as well as peace and stability in the region.

 

“Seven decades is too long for a promise unfulfilled and it is time the UN fulfilled its promise of giving the people their right to self determination. It is also imperative for regional and global peace”, he said in a message on the occasion.

 

The right to self determination is a fundamental right enshrined in the UN charter that is not extinguished by delays and manipulation, he said.

 

The Pakistan People’s Party is committed to respecting the fundamental rights of the people and finding a just, honorable and peaceful solution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of its people, he said.

 

The former president also paid tributes to the brave people of Kashmir for their resolve and heroic sacrifices for the realization of their aspirations.

 

“While we commend the UN for bringing freedom to millions and dismantling apartheid and colonialism across countries and continents during the past over seven decades we are also baffled at the inability of the world body to resolve this issue”.

Bilawal Bhutto calls world bodies to probe India’s use of chemical weapons, pellet guns in Held Kashmir

ISLAMABAD, February 04: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said the people of Kashmir are undergoing worst form of aggression from the occupying Indian forces in the Held Kashmir and urged the United Nations and the world community to investigate the reports of use of chemical weapons and pellet guns against the Kashmiris.
In his message on the eve of Kashmiri Day, the PPP Chairman said that Kashmiris have been waging a peaceful movement for their legitimate right to self-determination since seventy years losing thousands of innocent lives and impairing and maiming of large number of population.
He pointed out that it was Prime Minister Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto who declared February 5 as Kashmir Day to fillip the issue of Held Kashmir and pay tribute to those Kashmiris, who embraced martyrdom and offered sacrifices during the untiring struggle.
The Special Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, also formed by ex-Prime Minister Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto in her second unfinished tenure will be mobilised and activated to its full potential after PPP wins the general elections2018, he added.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that he was third generation of the PPP’s founder leaders, which continues to extend all possible moral and diplomatic to legitimate movement of Kashmiris for their inalienable right to self-determination. Both former Chairpersons of the PPP and Prime Ministers always presented case of Kashmiris aggressively on international forum, he added.
PPP Chairman pledged that all moves by the Modi government to put the issue of Kashmir on backburner would be foiled through highlighting the worst violations of human rights of the people of Held Kashmir at global level.
“Our dedication and commitment to the cause of the people of Kashmir will remain as vocal, vibrant and forthcoming as was during times of martyred Bhuttos,” he reiterated.

KARACHI, February 01: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed deep grief and shock over the tragic deaths of senior Sindh Minister Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani and his wife and former MPA Fariha Razzaq Haroon.

The PPP Chairman said that Mir Hazar Khan Bijarani was a senior PPP leader and an asset for the Party.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari termed his death as a great loss to the Party and expressed sympathies with the members of bereaved family.

Bilawal Bhutto concerned over PTI leaders’ shielding and nexus with barbaric criminals in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa

ISLAMABAD, January 30: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed his deep concern over the sheer negligence of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government and its police in ferreting out the real culprits in medical student Asma’s murder and other cases of heinous nature.
In a statement, the PPP Chairman said that reports that ‘the killers of medical student Asma, Sharifan Bibi, minor girl Isma, and student Mashal are still at large due to backing of influential people belonging to the PTI,’ are disgraceful.
“It appears that PTI has become a party of several Ladlas ganged up together to protect and guard killers, murderers and even terrorists,” he stated.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that a local PTI leader who incited a mob for the barbaric murder of innocent student Mashal Khan has not been arrested even after nine months. Reports have also confirmed that nephew of PTI Kohat President and the identified killer of medical student Asma have fled to Saudi Arabia, which is not possible without collusion of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa government, he added.
PPP Chairman pointed out that as per media reports the killers of Sharifaan Bibi and minor girl Asma were also being shielded by influential leaders of PTI in KP.
Bilawal Bhutto strongly condemned the criminal complicity of the ruling group’s leaders in such horrific crimes and the silence and laxity of their chief Ladla, who talks on everything under the sky minus what is happening under his nose. It seems that PTI has turned into ‘grand-mother’ of heinous crimes in KP, he added.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari condemns Kabul bomb blast

KARACHI, January 28: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the bomb blast in Kabul resulting in deaths of innocent people on a large scale on Saturday.

“Our hearts go out to the victims and their families of the deadly bomb and the pain of our Afghan brothers and sisters is also felt deeply by the people of Pakistan,” the PPP Chairman added.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that terrorism has become a global scourge and it can only be controlled through well-coordinated international efforts instead of dictations by contemporary powerful countries.
