KARACHI, June 20: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has lashed out at Federal government for disallowing landing to PPP delegation comprised of former Interior Minister Senator Rehman Malik and former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Faisal Karim Kundi in Parachinar to express solidarity with the victims of the horrible terrorist bomb blasts in Northern Areas town.
In a statement issued here, the PPP Chairman said that people of Pakistan have failed to understand as to why Parachinar has been made a no-go area as despite such gory terrorist attacks no government representative has visited the area. “When PPP delegation flew to Parachinar in a helicopter it was not allowed to land in the affected area thus forced to return back,” he added.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said Parachinar is integral part of Pakistan and leaving people their helpless when they are under severe terrorist attacks was not acceptable.
He expressed complete solidarity with Parachinar victims and demanded immediate justice to them along with fool-proof security.
