Senator Saeed Ghani has asked the Judiciary to prove it is not biased against PPP

Karachi. 28.11.2016: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Karachi chapter Secretary General and adviser to the Sindh Chief Minister for Labour, Senator Saeed Ghani has asked the Judiciary to prove it is not biased against PPP because the courts’ rulings and judgments in PPP’s cases in particular are a clear manifest of the ground reality that those always were opposite in others case despite the similarity of the nature of allegations and matters.

He was addressing a news conference at PPP Media Cell Sindh Mondaywhile he was flanked with PPP Sindh chapter General Secretary Waqar Mehdi and PPP leader Rashid Rabbani.

Senator Ghani said that the judiciary has recently raised question on personal security cover of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari while the judiciary had at the other ordered the administration to give a security cover to Dr Zulfiquar Mirza.

Conversely, families of the sitting judges are also enjoying the comforts of personal security cover from police, he added.

He also informed that the recent verdict of the Sindh High Court for barring CM’s adviser on law Murtaza Wahab would soon be challenged in Supreme Court.

He said it is true that the CM is not a Monarch and same also applies on all those, who are in public service and are posted on key positions. The courts should pass their judgments as per the constitution.

On the same occasion, local leaders from Pakistan Tehreek-e Insaf and Awami national Party announced their joining PPP, which was warmly welcomed. Those joined PPP were PTI Karachi chapter former vice president Sultan Ahmed, ANP leader Jawwad Jilani, Badshah Khan, Farah Shaikh and others.
