Karachi. 15.6.2016: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) MNAs Mir Munawwar Talpur, Mir Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani and Imran Zafar Leghari have said that the PMLN’s federal government is not serious in eliminating the menace of corruption from Pakistan because the Prime Minister is himself involved in running illegal off-shore companies and laundering Pakistan’s wealth abroad. The PM had concealed his assets abroad from the nation and the election commission of Pakistan on which he might face the ineligibility for good.
In a statement issued from PPP Media cell Sindh, the PPP MNAs said that the parties in opposition especially PPP have given workable advice to the PMNL and the PM that he should offer him for the accountability while the parties in opposition have also offered them for the same but after the PM’s initiation. The parties in opposition especially PPP is fully determined to see the menace of corruption fully eliminated once for all from the country.
They said it is deplorable that the federal government is using all delay tactic to shun the nation’s attention from the Panama Papers Leaks, which would not be of any benefit for the federal government.
They said that the parties in opposition especially PPP is avoiding a decisive move only because of the sanctity of the holy month of Ramadan but after Ramadan, it would be quite aggressive on the Panama Papers Leaks.
They said that it would be good for the Pm and the federal government to get the best of this relaxation failing which would prove a last nail in the coffin of PMLN’s corruption game.
