Bilawal Bhutto says Jiyalas will always be onboard in Party’s decision-making

KARACHI, October 05: Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party has said that consultative meetings with Jiyalas from all over the country will continue and they will be taken onboard in all decision-making processes in the Party to reinvigorate and recharge its cadres.

Chairman was presiding over two separate meetings of PPP office-bearers from Thatta and Sujawal Districts here at Bilawal House today.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari had started the consultation process from Larkana, Islamabad and Lahore a couple of months back to keep a close liaison with the Party workers including leaders of Ladies Wing, Youth Wing, PSF and other sister organizations and listen to their ideas and proposals as traditional carried out by the past leaderships of the PPP.

Today’s meetings were attended among others by Chief Minister and President PPP Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, MNA Faryal Talpur, Senator Sherry Rehman, Senior Information Minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah, and Political Secretary to Chairman Jameel Soomro.

Meeting discussed organizational and development matters of the respective districts with particular reference to upcoming Local Bodies elections.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stressed upon the workers to mobilize the masses and carry the message of Bhuttoism to every door-step. PPP leaders and workers are ought to remain together with the people and share their happiness and pain. He also directed the elected representatives of the Party to resolve the issues faced by the people of their concerned constituencies.

He said that PPP belongs to the roots of masses and its struggle for the rights of the downtrodden, peasants, labourers, students and common man will continue in all seasons without any break.

PPP Chairman also urged the workers to prepare for the local bodies elections and ensure that people are given better choices in the form of Party candidates to serve them at the local tier of government.
